Public Speaking with Confidence
Would you love to feel more calm, confident and comfortable about speaking in public? This session could help you achieve it! Whether you have a presentation or speech to give, need to speak in a meeting or at a job interview; either at work or in your personal life.
We will look at some reasons you don’t already feel great about this and find some practical, neuroscience based solutions with tips and tricks to help you feel relaxed. I’ll finish with a process from NLP to help you feel better about public speaking, and maybe start to enjoy it!
This 90 minute session is £120.

What is Neuro – Linguistic Programming?
Neuro – How our brain works.
Linguistic – Our language, the way we speak to ourselves and others.
Programming – The programmes or patterns we get ourselves into and the things we find ourselves doing.
NLP is a range of ideas and techniques that utilise the interaction between our brains, our bodies, our language and our behaviour to change these programmes.
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that uses the power of suggestion to create change.
I start by using relaxation techniques to guide you into a trance, also known as hypnosis, which is a state in which the conscious part of your mind is more relaxed, and your subconscious part is more open to suggestion.
Each session costs a flat rate of £120 and lasts approximately an hour and a half, (my Stop Smoking and Banish Anxiety sessions are different, see above).
Fees are payable in advance by bank transfer or by cash at the session. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge.
