Chronic Pain

Chronic Pain is defined as pain that is ongoing and has lasted at least 3-6 months. If you are trying to get rid of chronic pain you may have tried various approaches, including medicine, rest, physical therapy and exercise and still find that it persists.

This sort of pain can continue after the original injury or illness has healed or gone away, and pain signals still remain active in the nervous system causing those unpleasant sensations. Or maybe you have a chronic health condition of which pain is a major symptom.

But help is at hand!

How can I help you with Chronic Pain?

Firstly, I empower you with some knowledge of how pain is produced in the body – how pain signals are transmitted through your nervous system. (All pain actually comes from the brain!) Then we find ways to interrupt the old pain pathways and take steps towards feeling comfort and ease.

If you would love to influence your body’s health systems to find their natural balance, the Lightning Process may be what you have been hoping for!
